The Mask You Wear

Healing Circles

Safe, guided peer conversations for recognizing the roles we carry, honoring the stories behind them, reconnecting with our authentic voice, and choosing a practical next step.

Recognize. Understand. Lower. Rise. We do not shame the mask or force anyone to remove it; we create room to notice what it carries, understand what it protected, lower it at a safe pace, and choose what comes next.

FormatIn-person and Zoom gatherings depending on the event schedule.
TimeTypical community circles are approximately 60 minutes; special series or workshops may use a different announced format.
ScheduleCurrent dates, locations, virtual access details, and any registration requirements are published on the Events page before each gathering.
CostRecurring community Healing Meetings are free. If a special workshop or event has a fee, the price is displayed before registration.
