No. Coaching focuses on reflection, goals, practical tools, decisions, and accountability. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health or medical conditions.

Will I be pressured to share personal experiences?

No. You decide what to discuss. You are never required to disclose more than you choose.

How much does coaching cost?

The first consultation is free. A single 60-minute session is $115; the four-session plan is $420; the eight-session plan is $800; and the 12-week Rise Plan is $1,200.

What happens after I request a consultation?
