We welcome accommodation requests related to mobility, communication, sensory needs, language access, transportation, caregiving, or technology. Share needs during registration so reasonable arrangements can be discussed.

Programs are educational and supportive and do not replace licensed medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency services. Participants may be referred to qualified community providers when needs fall outside the program scope.

Do I have to talk about trauma?
No. You choose what to share. The program focuses on reflection, education, practical tools, and forward movement without forced disclosure.
Can I join if I am already in counseling?
Possibly. Rooted & Rising can complement licensed care when appropriate, but it does not replace or direct your clinical treatment.
What happens after I register?
The team confirms the next available cohort, schedule, format, price, and any forms or preparation needed before your first session.
Are supported-access options available?
Ask the team about current sponsorship- or funding-supported access. Availability depends on current funding and is not guaranteed.
