Age-appropriate learning experiences that help children and teens build confidence, emotional awareness, communication, healthy relationships, resilience, leadership, and a stronger sense of identity.

For young people, The Mask You Wear uses gentle, age-appropriate language about feelings, fitting in, confidence, identity, pressure, and being your true self.

FormatPrimarily in-person sessions, with selected virtual family or caregiver sessions when appropriate.
TimeAge-appropriate group plan; cohort length is confirmed before enrollment.
ScheduleCohort dates, age groups, session times, locations, virtual details, pickup expectations, and caregiver requirements are announced before enrollment.
Cost$25 per group session or $89 per month. Sponsored or supported-access options may be available when funded; availability is not guaranteed.

Who It’s For

Eligibility

Children ages 7–12 and teens ages 13–18 whose age fits the announced session. Registration and required consent must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

What participation asks of you

  • Young people participate respectfully at an age-appropriate level without being forced to disclose private experiences.
  • Parents or guardians complete required consent, emergency contact, pickup, accessibility, and media-preference information.
  • Participants attend consistently and practice age-appropriate tools between sessions when take-home activities are provided.
  • Caregivers communicate relevant safety, health, accessibility, or support needs before participation begins.

Access

Accessibility and accommodations

We welcome accommodation requests related to mobility, communication, sensory needs, language access, transportation, caregiving, or technology. Share needs during registration so reasonable arrangements can be discussed.

Care and Boundaries

Safety and support

Guardian consent, emergency contacts, health and accessibility needs, authorized pickup adults, and media preferences are required. Programs are educational and supportive and do not replace licensed clinical care or emergency services.
